The ceremony of execution of agreements establishing mutual rights and liabilities within the whole life cycles of railway car operation took place within the scope of the exhibition and forum «Transport of Russia» in Moscow.
Major transport companies have executed agreements with Russian Railways OJSC, including NPK JSC, Benchmark Trading LLC, VL-Trans LLC, Cargo Company LLC, Transit LLC, First Industrial Operator LLC, Industrial Logistics LLC, TransSigma LLC, Russian Railways Business Active JSC and ANYCARGO JSC.
The documents were signed on behalf of Russian Railways OJSC by the deputy CEO of the company, Mihail Glazkov.
Agreements have been achieved concerning the conditions of operation of railway cargo cars within the Russian Railways infrastructure, including their admission into the network, registration, maintenance, locations for their temporary storage when the cars are not engaged in transportation, and also concerning technological and information cooperation.
